这段时间Fatcow的主机被封的比较多，因此本站在帮助一个客户协商Fatcow退款时将聊天记录截取了下来，这里给大家写出来具体步骤及方法。
首先点击Fatcow主页右上方的| Live Chat ，进入在线联系，这里会要求你填写一些内容，这里告诉大家如何填写。
这个是你要显示的名字，写你的名字就可以了
你的邮箱，最好是注册时用的邮箱。
写你账户的用户名就可以了
这里是你的帐户安全提问的答案，也就是安全码，pin码，如果不清楚的，留言给我。这里最好写上，如果不写，在沟通的时候他也会向你提问，不如直接写上比较方便。
这个留空就可以了
最后那个下拉框选择Billing即可。
然后点击右下的 start chat进入沟通，刚开始他会让你等待，当有人应答的时候会向你问好，这个时候礼貌性的回复一下即可，然后我贴一下我今天的聊天记录，我的英文不太好，语法可能有错误，大家将就看，我会翻译出来的。

Jasmine Dyer: If you cancel the account immediately then according to our policy we need to deduct $35.00 as a early cancellation fee from the unused portion of hosting credit. 如果您现在清除您的帐户，那么我们将要扣除在此之前空间使用的所有费用当中的35美元。（因为超过了30天无条件退款，因此这个时候需要收取差价。）
